PURCHASING ITEMS:
Location and time for pickup of items by bid winners will be posted on the website. Auction bidding will be open for multiple days. Watch the website for days and time.
DONATING ITEMS:
Drop off of donated items shall occur as normally done at the church office during the week. Any items to drop off on SPA Day shall also occur at the church office. Social distancing mandates will be enforced during the drop off and pick up of items.
We are accepting auction items as we do at regular picnic – Cattle, Homemade Foods and Goods, Anything Shiner, One-Of-A-Kind items, etc. We strongly encourage auction donations to be submitted by Wednesday, May 20th, for ample viewing on the website during the bidding process. Due to this being our first time with an on-line auction, be patient with us as we may have to use discretion on some of the auction items such as combining with other items or maybe not being able to use at all until the next auction.
Picnic Stew Drive Thru – SSCM will be providing ½ gallon containers of Shiner Picnic Stew for $20 per container. Presale tickets required - Orders taken until May 15 at noon.
Country Store – We will have a Country Store starting at 8am at the KC Park under the Bingo Stand. Social Distancing rules (10 persons max, 6 feet separation) or whatever the current mandate is, will be enforced.
Shiner Picnic Burgers – Werners 594 Restaurant will be operating the hamburger stand in their parking lot, selling $5 picnic hamburgers and cheeseburgers from 3 pm until 10 pm or sold out. They will offer “Plain and Dry” or “All the Way” with pickles, chopped onions and mustard/mayo mix. All proceeds go to the church. Thank you Werners 594!
Raffle – There will be a regular picnic raffle. Raffle tickets have been mailed out. Extras are at the church office. Filled out tickets with donations can be mailed in to or dropped off at the church office. Drawing will be held on May 24th in the evening on Church’s Facebook page live.
